Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on performance and location. As a highly competitive sales professional, you'll have the opportunity to earn lucrative commissions, bonuses, and incentives.

Job Description

As a Solar Sales Professional at Sunrun, your primary responsibility will be to act as the face of our company in retail stores. You'll build relationships with customers, educate them on our products, and schedule appointments to grow our customer base.

Your key strengths will include excellent communication skills, technology proficiency, resilience, self-motivation, grit, and a passion for our mission. You'll work a retail schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.

  • You'll need reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within a 15-30 mile radius.
  • You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • You should be comfortable with technology, utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
