We are seeking a skilled Millwright with experience in industrial or sawmill equipment to join our team. Our facility prioritizes safety, and we are looking for a professional who shares our values.

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems, gears, reducers, bearings, sprockets, chains, belts, and valves.
• Cut, weld, and fabricate components as needed.
• Assist electricians and other maintenance personnel in performing other tasks as needed.
• Assist equipment operators as necessary and may provide operator relief for operation of process equipment.
• Assist with clean-up mill wide.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed repair drawings related to sawmill equipment and machinery.
• Dismantle equipment when required for repair and reassemble it at the appropriate time.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sawmill equipment and machinery.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sawmill equipment maintenance.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a millwright.
• Maintenance experience in a sawmill, manufacturing, or other industrial environment.
• Knowledge of sawmill equipment and machinery.
• Efficient time-management skills.
• Dedicated to safe work practices.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
