Job Title: BIM Specialist II

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist II to join our team at Faith Technologies. As a BIM Specialist II, you will play a critical role in maximizing efficiency, quality, and support/training to BIM users/consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch production support, technical support, documentation, training, and development to all VDC staff and consumers of BIM data.
  • Be proficient in the use of Bluebeam Studio or other PDF document markup software.
  • Be proficient in the use, troubleshooting, and training of Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk Suite software.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Revit family creation and modification.
  • Have knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and/or BIM 360, experience in large model management and practices.
  • Be able to support the VDC team where needed to ensure large project deliverables are met.

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in a technology field.
  • 7+ years of Revit experience and multi-discipline coordination.
  • 5-15% travel.

Work Schedule:
This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Schedule may vary and can include nights, weekends, and holidays. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
