The Solar Installer plays an essential role within the Exact Solar Installation team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure the safe and efficient installation of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems for residential and small commercial properties. Adherence to safety protocols and strong communication skills are imperative. Training in OSHA standards and installation techniques will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, assemble, and install solar arrays and mounting systems
- Assist in the electrical wiring of solar energy products
- Prepare and maintain a clean job site
- Gather materials necessary for each installation
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the installation process
- Act as a field representative for Exact Solar
- Perform additional tasks as required
Required Skills:
- Experience in roofing, general construction, and carpentry
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials
- Willingness to work in challenging environments
- Capability to work at heights and perform repetitive tasks
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Dependability and a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
