Responsibilities:

• Mix, spray, and operate shotcrete or grouting pumps

• Move materials on a construction site, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow

• Read and determine measurements, using precision instruments to ensure accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to company standards and regulations

• Work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive team dynamic

• Learn to operate rock drills and other specialized equipment, with guidance and training from experienced technicians

• Operate construction equipment such as excavators, all-terrain forklifts, man lifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders, with a focus on safety and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Basic Qualifications:

• Prior experience in soil stabilization, grouting, or foundation mitigation

• OR prior construction industry experience as a carpenter or framer

• OR prior concrete experience as a concrete finisher or form builder

• OR significant experience working outdoors in a collaborative, physical environment

• Ability to travel at least 3 weeks out of every month, with occasional extended periods away from home

• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for working with a diverse team

• Preferred Qualifications:

• CDL Class A or a clean Motor Vehicle Driving Record

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Climates vary in degrees, in tropical to desert environments

• The noise level in the work environment is moderate, and hearing protection is often required

• Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers, including heavy lifting and regular physical activity

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $20-$25/hour

• 100% travel in the Western US, with a 3 weeks on, 1 week off schedule
