Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our team at Parsons State Hospital. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising a diverse group of staff across three shifts to ensure the protection of resident rights in a humane, home-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff to ensure the delivery of person-centered services to residents.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance and resident progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
  • At least one year of experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
