Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Nurse First is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team in Merced, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work with our team in a travel assignment. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners and performing imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including positioning and instructing them on how to hold their breath
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the highest level of patient care
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a CT Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in CT imaging
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
