We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our studio. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in promoting our services, engaging with members, and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting members and guests with enthusiasm and energy
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals
• Working at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
• Providing studio tours and introducing new members to our facilities
• Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
• Selling memberships and promoting our services
• Fostering positive relationships with members and resolving any concerns or issues
• Participating in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
