Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, data breaches, and unauthorized access to networks.
  • Regularly review system audits and monitor corrective actions until all issues are resolved.
  • Oversee program and project execution, contributing significantly to departmental objectives and strategic planning.
  • Respond to incidents or breaches related to computer systems and cybersecurity.
  • Assess system and program security vulnerabilities; devise procedures and countermeasures to safeguard operations.
  • Integrate all security disciplines; recommend and develop requirements, specifications, designs, and procedures that align with security policies and planning guidelines.
  • Monitor the implementation of security protocols for government and industry facilities and systems.
  • Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and suggest additional safeguards as necessary.
  • Assist in the execution of mandated government policies and provide recommendations for process adjustments.
  • Engage in technical meetings and working groups to address computer security issues and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare and present professional investigative and analytical reports and briefings.
  • Establish rigorous program control processes to mitigate risks and support the certification and accreditation of systems.
  • Conduct assessments of systems and networks within the operational environment, identifying deviations from acceptable configurations and policies.
  • Support the formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) required by government accrediting authorities through pre-test preparations, participation in tests, analysis of results, and report preparation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance, with the requirement to undergo a CI polygraph.
  • Knowledge of federal law enforcement, intelligence community operations, cybersecurity, or general law enforcement investigations.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and databases.
  • Ability to develop and deliver professional-level reports, memorandums, briefings, and recommendations that support inquiries and investigations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Counterintelligence, Criminal Justice, Engineering, Fraud Investigations, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related scientific field.
  • Successful completion of formal US Federal Government analysis courses or programs.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, which provides essential resources to our US government clients, ensuring mission success globally.

Salary Range: $83,000 - $145,800.00
