Job Summary:

First Tek is seeking a skilled Production Painter 3 to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to parts, assemblies, and finished products using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coat surfaces with protective or decorative materials such as paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, dope, or stain using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
  • Select and mix coating materials to achieve desired results.
  • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.
  • Process parts through chemical etch lines prior to surface finishing.

Requirements:

  • Experience reading and interpreting drawings is a must.
  • GED/High School Diploma minimum.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing painting.
  • Valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto company property.

Working Hours: 2nd shift hours: 2PM-11PM
