Truck Driver CDL A Position Description

Our company offers a competitive salary of $1200 or more per week, making it an attractive option for truck drivers. The pay structure includes solo miles pay at $0.59 per mile with 1500 miles per week, solo stops pay at $25.00 per stop with 11 stops per week, and per diem pay at $50.00 with 1-2 days out per week.
We also offer a sign-on bonus that pays $1000 within 30 days and $1000 after 90 days. Additionally, our paid training program ensures that you receive the necessary skills to succeed in your role.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a truck driver, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines. You will also be expected to detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards, maintain accurate records and logs, and perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, you must have a minimum of 21 years of age, pass a Ryder drug test, pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years, pass a DOT physical, pass a Ryder road test, and provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position.
You must also have verifiable Class A experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle, with 9 months experience within the past 3 years, 2 years' experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years' experience within the last 10 years.
