Job Overview

DRT Holdings, LLC is a leading manufacturer of aerospace, defense, and space components. Our team of experts contributes to the R&D and production of high-precision parts and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft.

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Meriden, CT location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating milling machines, setting up and operating complex machining jobs, and ensuring adherence to quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate milling machines with precision and accuracy
  • Set up and operate complex machining jobs with minimal supervision
  • Ensure all quality procedures are followed, including machine setup, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of milling experience, including setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience in aerospace or precision component manufacturing
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus
