Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
  1. Estimating and Reporting: Prepare accurate and efficient damage reports using our computerized estimating system and management tools.
  2. Customer Communication: Thoroughly communicate with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  3. Repair Quality Control: Review completed vehicles with customers to ensure quality and thoroughness of repair.
  4. Billing and Administration: Prepare and submit final bills and supplemental billings.
  5. Team Collaboration: Maintain a work environment that fosters partnerships, development, and innovation.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in collision estimating required.
  • Knowledge of heavy truck parts and materials preferred.
