We are seeking an exceptional Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at GQR Recruiting Resources. As a key member of our Anesthesiology department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced CRNAs and contribute to providing top-notch care to patients.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of cases. You will be responsible for supervising a team of CRNAs, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care possible.

Schedule Details
  • Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months) with option to extend
  • Shifts: 5 x 12 hour shifts per week
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (provider chooses)
Work Environment

You will be working in a Level II Trauma hospital with 318 beds. The patient population will include adults and some pediatric cases. The EMR system used is Cerner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to supervise a team of CRNAs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of anesthesia procedures and protocols
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
