About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Courtyard San Diego Rancho Bernardo. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel rooms are clean and comfortable for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist with laundry operations, inventory management, and scheduling to ensure that the housekeeping department runs smoothly.
  • Inspect and clean multiple rooms each day to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken or defective items.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve the goals of the hotel.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management, or healthcare.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
