Clinical Psychologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Carlton. This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work with students and staff to provide comprehensive psychological services.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field, along with valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be working collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other school personnel to improve student outcomes.
The selected candidate will conduct psychological assessments and evaluations, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), provide counseling and support to students and families, and participate in team meetings to provide guidance on academic and behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement IEPs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide counseling and support to students and their families to promote positive learning environments and student success.
- Participate in team meetings to share expertise and provide guidance on academic and behavioral interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently.
- Competitive hourly pay: $45-$60 per hour based on experience.
