Caregiver - PRN

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing interventions, administering medications, documenting patient information, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions as needed.
• Administer medications accurately and timely, according to prescribed orders.
• Document all patient interactions, including medication administration, treatments, and test results.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Degree in Practical/Vocational Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
