Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Service customer-owned instruments with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested and complete warranty repair work in a timely manner

About You:

  • You have a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and possess foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in your work
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and location
