Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced practice nursing standards and protocols to enhance the quality of care provided to pediatric patients.\
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex patient-related issues and systems problems.\
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on specialty-specific topics and best practices.\
  • Maintain certification in pediatric critical care and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.\
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.\
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.\\/ul\[

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher.\
  • Pediatric Critical Care Certification (PCCN).\
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a pediatric ICU setting.\
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership, teaching, research, and communication skills.\\/ul\[
