Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Professional at SMS Holdings, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with occasional exposure to high places and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and talking or hearing. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Requirements
  • Education/Experience: No prior experience or training is required.
  • Language Ability: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, as well as write simple correspondence.
  • Math Ability: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
