WMS Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled WMS Consultant - Senior to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on WMS-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of WMS testing initiatives, including test data creation and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve WMS-related issues.
• Provide guidance on WMS process improvements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of WMS systems.
• Identify and report WMS-related defects and issues.
• Work closely with the Configuration Team to resolve WMS-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation on WMS processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to DC Operations on WMS-related topics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Manhattan WMS, preferably with experience in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of WMS testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to Distribution Centers as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Manhattan Active and/or SAP.
• Knowledge of APIs and integrations.
