We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Investigational Drug Services team at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating pharmacy functions, including formulary control, clinical quality assurance, staff development, program development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct operations and integrate services within the work unit and with other departments.
- Manage individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
- Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
- Plan and manage programs and services to improve the safety of the medication management system.
- Establish and coordinate pharmacy policies and procedures in assigned practice areas.
- Ensure departmental compliance with accreditation and regulatory agency requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy leadership or management.
- Supervisor experience.
- RPh licensure.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
