Sous Chef Leader

We are currently seeking a seasoned Lead Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at Vail Resorts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their culinary career to the next level and work in a high-energy environment. As a leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality and service. About the Position:
This is a full-time role that requires a strong background in culinary arts, preferably with a graduate degree from an accredited culinary program. You should have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage budgets and supervise staff, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menu plans, maintain inventory, and train culinary staff
- Supervise the preparation of meals, monitor kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with executive chefs to plan events, manage catering, and create memorable dining experiences
