Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled VIP Upholstery Fabricator to join our team at a premier provider of VIP/VVIP interior completions for large aircraft in Lake Charles, LA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manufacture custom interior items, including seats, panels, and other equipment, in accordance with customer and engineering specifications.
  • Interpret material specifications and design/engineering drawings to ensure finished products meet design and engineering requirements.
  • Ensure the work area is kept to the highest standards of safety, compliant at all times, enforcing regulations and practices to avoid accidents.
  • Perform documentation procedures and signoffs in accordance with Repair Station Quality Manual and respective task requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Technician or Supervisor to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least one year of experience in custom V/VVIP upholstery.
  • Minimum of 6 years in upholstery experience as a whole.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
  • Must report for assignment with personal set of standard trade-specific tools.
