About the RoleAs a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide at Apple Tree Living Facility, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and bathing, while also maintaining a safe and clean environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, compassionate, and able to build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Collaborate with other caregivers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
