We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perioperative Nurse to join our team at New England Baptist Hospital. As a key member of our Operating Room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical experience.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Supervise non-professional staff and maintain a sterile environment
• Monitor patient safety and confidentiality
• Participate in staff meetings and in-services to stay current with best practices

• BSN degree required; MA RN license required; CNOR/ASPAN certification preferred
• Minimum one year scrub and circulating RN experience required
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
