We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Dialysis Patient Care Technician in Bothell, WA. As a PCT, you will be part of a collaborative team providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care, monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Assist with technician duties, including measuring and recording vital signs, conducting patient observations, and setting up hemodialysis machines
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; health care experience desired

  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
