Join our team as a CDL A Local Dry Van Driver at Paper Transport in Holiday City, OH. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for hauling standard freight on dedicated routes for Menards, with opportunities to earn up to $83,000-$86,000 per year.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • An average weekly pay of $1,600-1,650, based on 72-77 CPM with 2,200 average miles per week
  • A $2,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
  • A referral bonus opportunity of $2,000 (paid in two payments)
  • Monthly and quarterly inspection bonus opportunities
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

In addition to these benefits, we provide:

Our dedicated flatbed drivers enjoy home daily schedules, starting at 3 pm with 11-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and every other Saturday. We operate state-of-the-art equipment featuring late-model Freightliner Cascadia's and Kenworth T680's, equipped with amenities like bunk heaters, idle-free systems, and 1500-watt inverters.

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid CDL A license
  • Have one year of verifiable driving experience
  • Meet Department of Transportation testing and physical requirements
  • Pass a required pre-employment drug screen
  • Live within 40 miles of Holiday City or be willing to relocate for this position (must own a license in the state you're relocating to)
