About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for processing member purchases, pulling merchandise from a pick list, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and utilizing a handheld scanner device to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations.
  • Build boxes, shrink wrap packages, and move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
  • Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short-dated items included on the pick list.
  • Work with the team to have merchandise pulled from the reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
  • Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements and follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards.
Requirements
  • Previous order pulling experience preferred.
  • Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
  • Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
