Job Summary
All Med Search is seeking a skilled Pulmonary Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing respiratory care services to patients in various settings, including hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients, including ventilation therapy and oxygenation
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify areas of improvement
- Developing and implementing treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements
- Completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associates Degree)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights, with rotating weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain a Florida license or relocate

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $22,000 and $30,540 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
