CrossMed Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled RN First Assistant to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in Chico, California.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN First Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care as a RN First Assistant, working closely with physicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Assist with surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict protocols.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation and adherence to facility policies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an RN First Assistant, with a strong background in surgical procedures.
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with current licensure and certification as an RN First Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment, with physical stamina to perform duties as required.
