Restaurant Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Hardees - St. Louis, MO. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- At least 14 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
