Sales and Production Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Production Associate to join our team at The Salvation Army - ARC. As a Sales and Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in creating a pleasant and hospitable work environment. You will serve all customers in a courteous and efficient manner, comply with all cash handling and security standards as relates to cash register operations, and stock merchandise on the retail floor as directed. You will also straighten and maintain the clothing racks and shelving as assigned, remove old merchandise from the retail sales floor as assigned, assist in cleaning and general maintenance of store property, and immediately report theft, customer complaints, injuries, and any unsafe equipment or conditions to management. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, answer telephone calls in an efficient, friendly, professional manner, handle all donations with care, and perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor, Store Supervisor, and/or Administrator.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be able to effectively communicate with supervisors, coworkers, donors, and customers, possess excellent customer service skills, understand and follow directions, stand for long periods of time, and lift 35 pounds.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
