Job Description

At National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS), we are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and advertising positions to interviewing and hiring candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and advertise job openings to attract top talent
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to identify the best candidates
  • Collaborate with District Managers to identify future hiring needs and opportunities
  • Conduct reference checks and pre-employment screening processes
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and ensure a smooth transition
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve the recruitment process
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Demonstrated exposure to and execution of recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
