Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Site Supervisor I (Small Site) or II (Large Site). In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the program at one of our sites, working closely with our site leadership team to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the development of all children.

This position requires a candidate who is passionate about early childhood education and has a strong ability to lead and manage a team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our after-school childcare program, ensuring that all children receive high-quality care and support.

• BA/BS is preferred. School Age Child Care Credential OR AAS in Education OR Two (2) years of College with 18 credits in child development, elementary education, physical education, recreation or related field.
• Two (2) years direct experience with children under age 13 required.
• One (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity required.
