Dietary Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Server to join our team at The Orchard. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and patients while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages to residents and patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members to ensure that their needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including setting up and taking down dining areas.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies and food items.

• Proven experience as a dietary aide or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in food services is a plus.
