About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Miami. As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a clean and comfortable environment
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Clean and maintain public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards
