About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team at Parkland Medical Center. As an Oncology Provider Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in performing nurse procedures for the comfort and well-being of patients.
  • Conduct nurse assessments, medical histories, and complete lab and diagnostic requests as directed by the physician or non-physician provider.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, including instructions for medication and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the Nurse Navigator, social worker, nutritionist, and provider to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Manage medical records, ensure accurate and timely charting, and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Licensure by State of NH as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of an approved RN program.
  • Current AHA or ARC BCLS certification.
  • Experience in an MD office and computer literacy.
