We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwest Healthcare Center. As a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of our residents through therapy.
About the RoleThis part-time position offers a competitive wage, generous PTO, and a promote-from-within culture. You will have the flexibility to work at multiple centers, allowing you to serve a wide variety of patient needs.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents under physician order.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of the plan of care to team members.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
- Valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
