  • Monitor and analyze program outcomes, providing data-driven insights to inform program development and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Penn State, EFNEP, SNAP-Ed, and Penn State Extension Nutrition Links policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure proper management of finances and resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nutrition, education, or public health.
  • At least one year of experience in program management, community outreach, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
