Key Responsibilities:

This role involves overseeing a specific section of the warehouse operations. You will support the leadership team in the daily management of warehouse activities, supervising a team of operators to ensure efficient operations that meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance and support to your team, ensuring they meet production targets, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring workflow and addressing any operational issues that arise.
  • Fostering a culture of safety and high performance among team members.
  • Working under general supervision with outcomes that significantly impact the warehouse function.

Essential Duties:

  • Communicate testing information effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
  • Report any art-related concerns to the product development team.
  • Assist supervisors in addressing order management and sales inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate daily productivity records.
  • Manage the flow of work orders and assist in workflow coordination.
