Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Assistant to join our team at Ergon Construction Group. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will assist in various construction projects including industrial maintenance and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Follows policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Assists in performing tasks assigned by the crew foreman.
  • Learns to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Learns new skills and takes initiative to improve performance.
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive attitude towards clients.
  • Participates in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of training program provided by ISO Services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, strong work ethic, and ability to learn quickly.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $65,000 per year
