Dynomax, Inc. is on the lookout for a Facility Care Technician to assist in the upkeep of our three manufacturing sites. Responsibilities will include snow removal and landscaping tasks, as well as the maintenance of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities of the Facility Care Technician:

  • Maintain the landscaping of three properties, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
  • Conduct snow removal operations for parking areas and walkways.
  • Service and maintain groundskeeping tools such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and snow plows.
  • Perform seasonal cleanup of grounds, including the removal of debris and maintaining plant beds.
  • Carry out minor repairs and painting of walls and tiles as necessary.
  • Handle light plumbing tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and unclogging drains.

Required Skills for the Facility Care Technician:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Capability to report concerns and hazards effectively to a diverse audience.
  • Knowledge of proper Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
