Land Surveyor

Job Summary:

Engineers Construction, Inc. (ECI) is seeking a highly experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate land measurements and site layouts for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork to perform land measurements and site layouts for road, bridge, utility, and building projects.
• Perform computations related to construction stakeout and ensure accuracy of measurements.
• Utilize CAD/Drafting skills to create detailed site plans and layouts.
• Maintain detailed field notes of stakeout activities and ensure accurate data collection.
• Download and process survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure project schedules are met.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying and construction site layout.
• Strong understanding of survey principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CAD/Drafting software and survey equipment.
