Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining small and medium-sized parts, with experience in setting up and operating manual lathes, manual mills, and Bridgeport machines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate a variety of equipment, including manual lathes, manual mills, and Bridgeport machines.
  • Select appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
  • Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
  • Fixture and produce parts accurately, with quantities ranging from 1 to 500 pieces.
  • Review drawings or samples to ensure accurate production.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any problems, and assist other machinists as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy and flexibility with day-to-day work varying consistently.


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in machining.
  • Experience with machining small and medium-sized parts preferred.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Able to perform own setups.
  • Multi-tasking while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Experience with writing programs for G Code/Haas Conversational, and Mastercam Software a plus.
