We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate and timely tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and complete tax returns
- Prepare and review tax returns for accuracy and completeness
- Provide clients with IRS support and answer tax-related questions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and grow business
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfort with virtual tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
