Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Craft Bartender to join our team at The Joseph, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville. As a Craft Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are taken care of from the minute they sit down to their last drink.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare guests' requested drinks, while being equally ready with suggestions if they ask about our offerings.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area prepped with what you need, taking orders, and holding conversation are all part of the day-to-day.
Requirements
  • Passion for Mixology: You are passionate and enthusiastic about wine, spirits, and beer.
  • Multi-Tasking: Multi-tasking is something that comes naturally to you, as does working under pressure.
  • Experience: You have one to two years bartending experience in a luxury environment.
