We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Guide to support a mixed-age class of infant children in a Montessori environment. As a Lead Guide, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and understand each child's physical, intellectual, and emotional needs
  • Prepare a beautiful and orderly environment that fosters trust, exploration, and deep learning
  • Cultivate independence and self-confidence by helping children 'do it all by themselves'
  • Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of respect
  • Communicate and collaborate respectfully with parents to provide the best possible care for every child
