Physician - Endocrinologist - Optum NY - West Nyack, NY

Optum NY is seeking a skilled Endocrinologist to join our team in West Nyack, NY. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of clinicians in a collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, diagnose, and treat a full range of endocrine system disorders, including diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and osteoporosis.
- Provide comprehensive medical and procedural endocrine care within a team of highly skilled, fellowship-trained Endocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Consult with patients about the status of their endocrine health and provide them with the latest advancements in care.
- Examine and diagnose patients, oversee treatment prior to and post-surgery, and identify associated risks.
- Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options.

Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited fellowship training program in Endocrinology.
- Board certification in Endocrinology and any additional relevant Endocrine sub-specialties.
- Unrestricted New York State Medical License.
- Current New York State DEA certificate.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
