Additionally, this position acts as a direct resource for operational management regarding financial analysis and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervises special project assignments as designated by management, focusing on internal and external consulting through financial reporting.
  • Assists in the examination of monthly financial statements to identify fluctuations in variable expenses, recognizing trends, and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Creates, generates, maintains, and monitors various surveys and statistical reports, including customer service surveys, employee morale assessments, and performance management indicators.
  • Communicates vital information to team members and leadership to ensure precise analysis and participates in quality assurance initiatives.
  • Implements quality improvement measures by adhering to professional standards, collecting and analyzing quality assurance data, and developing control measures through effective sample audits.
  • Supports departmental objectives and engages in professional development activities.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Work Experience: Required - Minimum of 3 years in healthcare finance or a related area, including at least two years of experience managing project-related, multi-task responsibilities in a professional environment, with a proven ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments under strict deadlines.
  • Certifications: Preferred - Certification as a Public Accountant or actively pursuing certification.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in computer skills necessary for data entry and retrieval.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Physical and Environmental Demands
The physical requirements for this role include the ability to exert moderate force occasionally and light to moderate force frequently. The incumbent must be able to perform activities such as bending, reaching, and manual dexterity, and must be able to sit for extended periods.
